Positioning and use of CCF 1.5K  (Composite Carbon Fiber)

Our software (slicer) offers great freedom on the fiber positioning. It is able to program our printer and like any 3D slicer, it allows us to choose the printing parameters and adapt them to our specific needs. Indeed, by respecting the technical feasibility and the minimum curvature of the fibers, it is possible to explore many possibilities for customizing the positioning of the carbon fibers. It proposes the use of CCF fibers as outer/inner shells or as filling. The strength of the software lies in this natural intelligence to offer effective reinforcements in iso or anisotropic patterns. But not only, via a MASK function it is possible to adapt the fiber deposits taylor maden. Not only in their planar orientation but also by sequence of layers.
